How much are you paying a month? I have super-toilet, an a/c unit, and "security entrance" for 45,000yen a month. Gifu's pretty decently priced. With water, gas and electricity shoved in, it's usually about 50,000yen.
A toilet that spits instead of sucks?
Why is that appealing?
I got a "furnished" 8.2 jyo for like 58000. Can with a/c, a microwave, fridge, and a little washing machine, but no curtains.

At least it was furnished. Mine came with an a/c unit but no curtains. My fridge, stove, rice cooker, microwave, tables, space heater and futons are all borrowed from my boss. My kotatsu, TV, TV stand and bookshelf are the only things that are mine.
Although commenting is only open hence-forth, I would like to give you my sympathys regarding Billy Blanks. A very long time ago, when I was in elementry school, I remember having to do countless Tai-Bo videos in our P.E. classes. Even when I was what...7-10 years old the videos were silly. I can't imagen what it must be like to see him now.
